Welcome to Santiago! After arriving, you are met at the airport and taken to your selected hotel.
Santiago City Tour
For your first day, you are invited to discover Santiago, a cosmopolitan city which has become one of South America’s most modern hubs.
Described by the international media as a surprising destination, Santiago stands out for being a cosmopolitan and modern city that perfectly combines its traditions with a modern outlook. The tour will take you to visit the heart of the city and its emblematic sites such as the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, Santiago’s Central Postal Office and its Municipality. You will also visit the Moneda Palace, which is the government’s headquarters as well as the traditional neighbourhoods of the historic city centre. The tour also includes a visit to Santa Lucia Hill or San Cristobal Hill. After knowing Santiago, we will arrive at Barrio Lastarria, famous for its cultural, inherited and gastronomical offer. Then, end the day and head back to the hotel.
The following day, a private transfer will take you from your hotel to Matetic Vineyard.
Chilean Country Side
When you arrive at the vineyard, choose one of the activities that are available to you, you can choose between: biking, horseback riding or hiking, to enjoy a unique experience that will take you to discover the essence of the Chilean countryside, between native forests, sheep and alpacas.
It is a fantastic outdoor excursion that will allow you to enjoy the native flora and fauna of the Valley in an unforgettable atmosphere of tranquillity. Then enjoy the Corralillo Tour, starting at the Wine Cellar, where visitors will be warmly welcomed by a bilingual guide who will invite them to tour the Wine Cellar enjoying panoramic views of the vineyards. This is a perfect place to learn about the wine process and organic and biodynamic agriculture. Culminating with a Corralillo wine tasting, either in the underground tasting room or on the outside terrace overlooking the vineyards. Then enjoy the Corralillo Tour ending with a delicious Rosario menu lunch or country barbecue at the Restaurant Equilibrio.
A private transfer will pick you up from Matetic Vinyard to your hotel where you will spend the night.
The next day, Viña del Mar and Valparaíso are the destinations for you.
Viña del Mar y Valparaíso and Veramonte Vineyard
Known as ‘Garden City’ for being originally surrounded by large green areas and preserving beautiful and extensive gardens in its urban area, Viña del Mar is undoubtedly one of Chile’s must-see destinations, with the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop. It highlights the beauty of its architecture, its imposing palaces and its famous Flower Clock, photographed by hundreds of visitors from all over the world.
During the excursion, you will have lunch at a restaurant in the city, where you can find varied options with delicious seafood products. You will travel along the coastal edge, where you can see stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, until you reach Valparaíso, the country’s main port. Its colourful beauty and its unique location between hills, like a true natural amphitheatre facing the sea, earned it the declaration of World Heritage by Unesco. You will visit Cerro Alegre, where you will appreciate the magic of this city, with its picturesque elevators, multicoloured neighbourhoods and unforgettable sea views. Then it will be the turn of the Sotomayor Square, where is the Monument to the Heroes of Iquique. Once in the port, you will have the option of navigating the bay of Valparaíso, appreciating its hills and colours from another perspective.

Moon and Death Valley
On your visit to the driest desert in the world, you cannot miss the opportunity to see the geologically spectacular Moon Valley.
A couple of kilometres outside of San Pedro de Atacama, between the jagged rocks and unusual shapes of the Cordillera de la Sal (Salt Mountains), you find the Valle de la Luna (Moon Valley), a geological wonder of the Los Flamencos National Reserve. During the tour, you can take in the extraordinary shapes of the landscape, which will make you feel as if you were walking on the moon. During the afternoon, you can enjoy the unbeatable views of the Andes and its volcanoes. As dusk falls you will be overwhelmed by the red and golden colours of the desert sky. All this results in a simply unforgettable tour.
The next day, take a unique excursion to Rainbow Valley.
Rainbow Valley
A trip through the Domeyko hills, with its prehistoric rock art and overwhelming desert tones. We travel west of San Pedro de Atacama, to the Domeyko hills, a spectacular hill formation that runs parallel to the Andes. We will first visit Yerbas Buenas, an area of great historical importance due to its prehistoric rock art, which is one of the most important groups of petroglyphs in the region. The tour will take us back in time to when the indigenous people lived there, adding to the historical and cultural experience of the tour. We will then cross over to Matancilla, with its rich flora and fauna, to see the Rainbow Valley, named after the various colours of the surrounding hills. Its red, green, white, yellow, brown and earth coloured tones combine with the blue sky and the white salt flats to create a truly unique setting.
Atacama Salt Flats & Toconao
The rest of the day will be spent on this tour. You will visit the impressive Atacama Salt Flats, Jerez Valley, Chaxa Lagoon and Toconao, a town built from volcanic rock.
On this tour, you will visit the Atacama Salt Flats, where the Los Flamencos Natural Reserve is located, a surprisingly large and arid landscape stretching 100 km from north to south. You can also marvel at the amazing Chaxa Lagoon, a spectacularly beautiful setting, which is split into various clear water lagoons, inhabited by both Andean and James flamingos. We then head to Toconao, a traditionally colonial-style village, famous for the bell tower of the San Lucas Church, which has been declared as a National Monument. Agriculture and crafts are the principal sources of income for its inhabitants who offer proudly crafted gifts made from volcanic rock.

Tatio Geysers & Machuca Tour
On this exciting tour, you will visit the impressive Tatio Geysers, at 4000 meters above sea level on the Andean plateau.
Your journey to the Altiplano starts in the early hours, so you can watch the sun rise in one of the most important geothermic fields in the world: the Tatio Geysers. There are over 70 geysers with pools of boiling water spurting vapor. It is best to see them first thing in the morning, so you can truly appreciate the beautiful contrast of colors between the intensely blue sky and the pristine vapor from the geysers. You will then enjoy a deserved breakfast in this amazing setting, in the shadows of the Andes. This will allow you to warm up, as the temperatures in the zone can range from -2° C to 24.5° C. On your way back to San Pedro de Atacama, you will travel through some beautiful landscapes, seeing the valleys, flora and fauna and maybe spot some of the local vicuñas and vizcachas – a real highlight.
You will then stop off in the village of Machuca, a truly atacameño village of just 20 houses built from clay, straw and cactus wood. The inhabitants of Machuca all dedicate themselves to its tourism and will offer hand crafted Andean souvenirs, as well as typical food from the region such as llama meat, sopaipillas (a traditional bread made from squash) and empanadas. While there, you will also visit the beautiful San Santiago Church, named after the patron saint of the village, as well as visiting the wetlands where we can see flamingos, ducks and other birds.
The following morning on Day 7, a shared-premium transfer will pick you up to take you from the Hotel to Calama Airport. After a short flight you will arrive into Santiago an you will be transferred from Santiago Airport to Hotel for the evening. In the morning on Day 8 after breakfast please coordinate with the front-desk 1-hour prior your departure for them to be ready to take you back to the airport for your departure flight.

Altiplanic Lagoons Tour
Discover the magic nuances of the desert by visiting the Toconao village, the great Atacama Salt Flat.
The journey will begin with a visit to Lagoon Chaxa, a scenery of spectacular beauty that is divided into several water mirrors where a large number of flamingos live and other birds such as large and small parinas. Then you head towards the Altiplano to reach the viewpoint of Red Stones, where you can see a volcanic conglomerate formed from the oxidation of the iron present in that place. Later you will visit Miscanti and Miñiques lagoons at more than 4,200 meters over sea level.
Surrounded by imposing volcanoes caused by the elevation of the Andes mountain chain, an habitat of a variety of birds, are a truly amazing destination. Finally, before returning, while the landscape gives breathtaking views of the Licancabur and Lascar volcanoes. Finishing in the Town of Toconao, built with volcanic stone, it stands out for its heritage architecture, with the church of San Lucas, and its bell tower, declared a National Monument. Agriculture and crafts are the main source of work for its citizens.

Day 8 on the 14 Day itinerary sees you transfer from your hotel to Calama airport. Then a flight to Santiago airport and another transfer will take you to your hotel for the evening.

Estancia La Peninsula
A perfect way to live and learn about life at a Patagonian ranch combined with navigation through the fjords, adventurous activities and delicious food. You are invited to be part of the project based on animal welfare, conservation of nature, sustainable production and high-quality service. A private transfer will pick you up to the meeting point. We start the journey by navigating from Puerto Natales to the Estancia La Península, a beautiful ranch located on the peninsula, Antonio Varas. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with some warm coffee, tea, mate, and fried bread.
Then the activities start: you can choose between horseback riding, trekking, 4 × 4 four-wheel drive or relaxing time at the estancia. The activities take approximate 2 hours and when finished a delicious traditional lamb barbecue is waiting! Then it’s time to learn about how they work with sheepdogs and see a shearing of a sheep and learn about the whole process and how we classify the wool.
The day will end with you returning to your hotel.
The next day, you will take part in an exciting expedition.
Balmaceda & Serrano Navigation
You will begin your expedition in Puerto Natales, where you will check- in to set sail on the catamaran. Beginning your navigation through the Señoret Canal, you will pass in front of the Bories Refrigerating National Historical Monument, a construction from 1913, which stands out for its post-Victorian English-style industrial architecture. You will continue the trip until you reach Guanaco Island, where you will see the beautiful Magellanic dolphins a wonder that cannot be missed.
Navigation will continue until you find the main destination, Monte Balmaceda, from where we can see the spectacular Balmaceda Glacier. You will disembark in Puerto Toro, where together with your guide, you will take a 1 km walk along the shore of Laguna Témpanos, through a path of not much difficulty. After that break, you will continue towards the Serrano Glacier, through a native forest of coigües, ñirres and plum trees, enjoying the imposing vegetation and the contrast between the sky and the sea ice. Upon arrival at the Serrano Glacier, we will enjoy a whiskey with ancient ice, accompanied by a spectacular panoramic view of the Serrano Glacier.
Torres del Paine & Milodón Cave
Departure from the Hotel in Puerto Natales. You will start your tour visiting the Milodon Cave Natural
monument about 30 minutes away from the town. This cave was discovered by a German Captain in 1895. He found a skin piece of a prehistoric animal called “Milodon” of 10000 years old. You will have a 30-minute walk to visit the Cave. Next, you’ll drive 45 minutes to your next stop, the Village of Cerro Castillo, heart of the sheep Farming Business in the Area. Here you can make a break of 20 minutes before you continue to travel along big glacier valleys now occupied by sheep farms. About 30 minutes after you leave Cerro Castillo, you will spot the mountains of the Paine Massif (if the weather is favorable) including the famous Torres del Paine and the spectacular Cuernos del Paine.There are several viewpoints from where you are able to observe this amazing mountain formation. Also, you can see lakes Sarmiento and Amarga before reaching the park’s entrance. This area is also the best place to observe the wild life of the park such as guanacos, ñandues, condors, etc. in big numbers and close to the road. You continue to the central area of the park to observe lakes like Nördenskjold and Pehoe which have a characteristic color.
Also, the waterfall Salto Grande is another of the main highlights in this side of the park. You will stop in a restaurant to have lunch and then continue to the west side, the area of Lake Grey. You hike for about 1 hour to reach the lake shore in which you see many icebergs that come from the Grey Glacier, evidence of the last Ice Age here in Patagonia. After visiting this area you’ll start to drive back to the town and return to your hotel.

A private transfer will pick you up from your Hotel to take you to Puerto Natales Bus Station. Take the Public Bus that will take you from Puerto Natales to Punta Arenas Airport. After a short flight a shared transfer from the hotel will pick you up to take you from Santiago Airport to Hotel for the evening.
