Once you land at Kasane Airport you will be welcomed by an andBeyond representative and driven to your first accommodation. Begin your adventure with a 2 night stay at the lovely Chobe Under Canvas in a spacious mobile tent.
Experience an exciting game drive around Chobe National Park where you can spot wildlife such as lions lurking between the bushes preparing to hunt for their prey, giraffes reaching up to feast on the tallest leafs, and zebras galloping in the distance. Gather with other guests at the camp for your evening meal and share stories about your safari adventure as you dine under the star filled sky.

Game Drives
The team at Chobe Under Canvas can arrange a game drive tailored to your interests. Whether you want to cover as much ground as possible or focus on finding one particular animal, trained and professional guides will be able to deliver. No two game drives are the same, so don’t worry if your favourite animal is not around on your first drive, they may appear on your second! The 4×4 vehicles are comfortable, and include a fridge to keep your drinks cool.
Photographic Safari on Chobe River
Enjoy a unique boating safari along the Chobe River. A half-day adventure, guests on this activity will be accompanied by a professional guide. The boat is specially designed for 360° photographic opportunities, allowing for the best view of the river, the banks, and the surrounding wildlife. Guests have the opportunity to bring their own camera, or use one of the high quality cameras on board the boat. A professional photographer will also be present, giving advice and tips to capture the perfect shot.

You will be driven to Kasane Airport for a light flight to Nxabega airstrip. Embark on an Okavango Delta adventure during your stay at Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp.
Partake in adventurous safari activities here, and view the breathtaking beauty of the Okavango Delta on daily game drives, where you will be able to spot lions, leopards, elephants, and other game animals stalking around the deltas’ grasslands, lagoons, and waterways. For an unforgettable experience you can view the delta from a unique birds-eye perspective on a scenic helicopter flight where you will gain unparalleled views over the never ending horizons. Take part in mokoro excursions at sunset as you glide along the waters in a traditional dugout canoe and spot hippos lurking in the shallows, wading birds, and colourful reed frogs.

Game Drives
You can head out on an exciting game drive while staying at Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp. Traverse the intricate delta landscapes in an open 4×4 safari vehicle, and keep your eyes peeled for lions, leopards, buffalos, elephants, hippopotamuses, and herds of giraffes and zebras in the distance. Every game drive will give you a new and unique experience of the breathtaking Okavango Delta and the animals which call it home.
Mokoro
To truly experience the peace and quiet of the mesmerising delta you can head on a traditional Mokoro excursion. Climb into a traditional African dugout canoe and your guide will gently paddle you through the smaller winding waterways. Take a deep breath to truly take in your surroundings, and keep your eyes peeled for a lazy pod of hippos, colourful reed frogs, and birds wading in the shallows. Head out at sunrise to experience the sun rising over the horizon and lighting the water with hues of pink and gold.
Bird Watching
Birding here is spectacular, especially during the spring and summer. Some of the rarer avian species include the elusive Pel’s fishing owl, endangered wattled crane and the majestic African fish eagle.

Embark on a short game drive to Nxabega airstrip for a Mack air light flight to Xaranna airstrip. Spend your final nights staying at Xaranna Okavango Delta Camp.
Spend your final days exploring Xaranna and the stunning surroundings on intrepid activities. Enjoy a game drive around the Okavango delta, viewing the Big Five (lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants and African buffalos) which is an iconic wildlife encounter and on many travellers’ bucket lists. Take to the skies and enjoy a helicopter flight, a fantastic way to get a true feeling of Okavango Delta. After a long adventurous day indulge in a relaxing massage beside your private pool at your suite.

Game drives provide the opportunity to traverse the expansive delta in an open air 4×4 safari vehicle. Picturesque landscapes have more to offer than just the Big 5, with regular sightings of zebra, kudu, tsessebe, red lechwe, giraffe, and even the rare wild dogs and spotted hyenas that prowl the land in search of prey.
Mokoro Ride
Set out for the safari adventure of a lifetime as your private guide – experienced in the art of mokoro excursions – paddles you through tranquil delta channels in search of aquatic game and exotic bird species. There are few things more relaxing than calmly drifting through delta waters in a traditional style dug-out canoe, soaking in the atmosphere at the heart of the Okavango. Please note, mokoro excursions are water level dependent.
