When people think of North America, they inevitably think of the vast metropolis of New York, the awe-inspiring Grand Canyons and the iconic image of the White House in Washington. However, that just touches on the rich and diverse culture of North America.
Being one of the largest economies in the world, North America is home to several iconic cities, including Texas, Boston, Los Angeles and Miami, and is seen as an epicentre of modern Western Culture. There is Rodeo Drive where the A-List of Hollywood are frequently seen, and you can get a feel for the history of this awesome nation, by visiting the Smithsonian in Washington DC, before walking in the corridors of power in the White House.
Not only is North America culturally diverse, but it also has the rare claim of covering every climatic zone from red-rock deserts to lush tropical rainforests, whilst its deepest gorge in Mexico’s Copper Canyon and Mt McKinley in Alaska exceed geographical extremes. There is surely something for everyone in this amazing country with its welcoming people.
