Costa Rican culture is at the heart of the Chayote Lodge, with the architecture of each suite resembling coffee receiving stations, the coffee culture and rural lifestyle is a key influence to the decoration. The main building of the lodge offers an intimate fireplace, the Quelites Restaurant serves fusion cuisine by mixing local flavours with international dishes. A terrace café and a bar brimming with locals, provides guests with the opportunity to interact with native Costa Ricans and learn about the culture and traditions of Costa Rica.
