This poolside restaurant offers a breakfast buffet from around the world with both tropical fruit and Chinese fish. Lunch offers salads and prime cuts, whilst dinner buffets celebrate iconic cuisines. With Friday nights being dedicated to food of the Maldives, locals travel to the island to provide guests with specialty meals.

Aqua is aptly named, providing guests a dinner of Thai and South East Asian flavours focused on the local seafood catch of the day. The restaurant rests over the water and offers a range of seafood platters paired with the perfect wine. A romantic spot for couples, it is no wonder this spot has been voted ‘Best luxury seafood restaurant in the Maldives’ in 2016.

Offering cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, beers and tea coolers against the backdrop of the Maldives sunset, Latitude is a relaxing spot to enjoy the view. Brimming with a quality menu of sandwiches, wraps, stone-baked pizzas and more, the cocktail bar even has live bands playing in the evenings on select nights.

Both a restaurant and bar, Stars is the place to be for both the sunrise and sunset. Offering cocktails, mock-tails, tea, wine and spirits throughout the day, meals are also offered for breakfast lunch and dinner, inspired by Mediterranean and contemporary Asian flavours.

Tsuki is a Japanese restaurant that serves a variety of soups, salads, sushi, sashimi, tempura and desserts. Located above Latitude cocktail bar, guests can choose whether to dine indoors at the sushi bar as their food is prepared before them by trained chefs, or outside on the terrace, amongst the sea view.

Offering more than 200 wines from around the world, an expert team are on hand to recommend the perfect wine for your taste buds. With weekly wine sampling dinners, meat and fish is served with carefully selected wine chosen by the in-house sommelier team.

Coco Bodu Hithu offers a variety of romantic experiences for couples. Champagne breakfast can be available on your own private beach spot, hop aboard a private cruise and watch the sunset or let staff prepare you your own private cinema setup on the beach alongside popcorn and drinks. There are also a host of options for food-lovers available, whether it be a candlelit five-course dinner on the beach or a grill being prepared by a private chef in the comfort of your own villa.

Coco Bodu Hithi also provides wellness packages for two adults. This includes massages, reflexology, facials, sunset yoga and a five-course meal prepared at restaurant Tsuki. The package centres around health and wellbeing.

The Maldives is home to some of the world’s rarest eco life and coral. Take this time to experience it by booking a range of guided tours amongst the reefs. The tour takes you swimming amongst Hawksbill turtles in their natural habitat as you learn about the different species beneath the waters. Alternatively, be a part of the growing coral amongst the island’s lagoon. The resident marine biology team at the Eco Beach Resort has been planting coral since 2012 and tourists are invited to help build this reef, leaving an important legacy behind.

If sunbathing isn’t your holiday activity of choice, the Coco Bodu Hithi Resort can offer a range of water sports such as jet skiing, surfing, wake boarding, kayaking, parasailing. The water sports centre is fully equipped with the facilities needed for such activities with the assistance of an expert team.

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, diving is available for all levels at the PADI certified dive centre. Explore the environment of White Tip and Gray Reef sharks, turtles, fish and manta rays at varying points just fifteen minutes from the island. Coco Bodu Hithi is home to a resident dive ocean team to be on hand and help assist you on your dives.

Leaving the island can take you to Male city. Upon exploring you will find local markets and 17^th Century mosques. Join an official guide with the Ministry of Tourism and learn about the history of the area or stroll yourself, finding museums and local food for yourself.

Coco Bodu Hithi holds sustainability at the heart of everything they do, conceiving their resorts with a focus on the environment. Coco Bodu Hithi hires locally and grows their own food, with initiatives in place to reduce single-use plastics and protect the ocean.

Coco Palm hires local talents providing sustainable services and products. The local community grows fruit, vegetables and herbs to reduce the impact of food miles and local fishermen are hired to source the restaurant’s array of seafood, eliminating the need for plastic wrapping and additional air miles altogether. Local gardeners also use environmentally-friendly fertilisers and pesticides to ensure the island’s natural flora and fauna are thriving.

Coco Palm understands just how important the natural environment is to the locals as well as to the rare marine life, which is why the resort uses paper straws instead of biodegradable plastic, as this breaks into micro plastics and finds its way into the delicate ecosystem. Amenities provided on site are made using natural resources, such as cotton buds made without plastic completely and wooden toothbrushes being provided. The current sustainability programmes place a heavy focus on the issue of plastic pollution and how to reduce its use.

In partnership with the Olive Ridley Project, students are invited to seminars on the resort and take part in a hands-on approach to marine conservation. Students are welcomed to plant coral and trees as well as participate in reef-clean ups to protect and observe the delicate ecosystems.

Located in Baa Atoll, the resort is home to rare marine life on its reserve and Bodu Hithi is home to a full-time marine biologist working on the island. The Olive Ridley Project is on a mission to remove discarded fishing nets from the ocean to protect the sea turtles and reduce marine debris. Coco Collective has its own rescue centre with a full team equipped with surgical facilities to help harmed turtles and the team work closely with the local school to educate future generations on the safety of these beautiful creatures. School children are able to interact with turtle patients and learn about their treatments, additionally offering internships for Maldivian nationals at the rescue centre. The aim is to increase the local capacity to care for the turtle population and inspire future generations to care for the environment.

The Maldivian Manta Ray project works in close partnership with Manta Trust, a UK based charity. Conducting global research and conservation efforts to protect Manta Rays, Coco Palm works in collaboration to record sighting of these creatures to better understand their behaviour and patterns.

Created by the Ministry of Tourism, the Maldives Shark Watch programme aims to eradicate the exploitation of sharks and raise awareness about each species. By providing data on shark sightings, Coco Palm is aiding the Shark Watch programme so that they can analyse their behaviour to better protect them.

Coco collective is a part of a tree planting programme in partnership with neighbouring islands, an important effort to reduce their collective carbon footprint. It invites guests to plant trees during their stay and aid the protection of the natural environment.

By establishing the Coco Dreams Green initiative the goal is to reduce the amount of single-use plastics on all properties, with the long term goal to bring the amount of single-use plastics being used down to zero. This is being implemented at the resorts themselves all the way up to the corporate office. Policies have been implemented to find alternatives for single-use plastic, such as an on-site drinkable water production as well as a glass bottling plant, something that has been in place since 2019.
