Jing Yaa Tang is the hotel’s one Michelin star restaurant which celebrates regional Chinese flavours including the famous Peking duck. This is a dining experience like no other where you won’t forget what you ate that night. Inspired by traditional Chinese cooking, guests can choose from thought-provoking menus with dishes prepared from locally sourced ingredients that Chef Li discovers along his travels.

Union is a beautiful cocktail bar that embodies the spirit of the 1920s modernism whilst also offering a refined experience that celebrates the flavour, ingredients, customs and drinking traditions of the Silk Road.

Superfly is a retro-cool take on “fly restaurants” in Sichuan as it is a Sichuan-inspired gastro bar. Indulge on dishes that have been reinvented from classic Siuchan foods which are unpretentious with bold flavours and exotic drinks for guest to enjoy. Within the setting of the restaurant, guests can experience culture with upbeat playlists, urban street influences, and an electric ambiance.

Yonghegong Temple is located at the northeast corner of Beijing City and is the largest, most preserved lamasery in China. The temple was built in 1694 during the Qing Dynasty and the status of the temple was changed to a lamasery in 1744 by which is became the national centre of Lama administration. Visitor can explore the temple to see a yard containing a screen wall and three gateways in which there are red walls and stone lions for observation. You can also stroll along a wide straight road which was used for carriages of the emperors and their wives during the Qing Dynasty. The Gate of Peace Declaration stands at the northern end of this road with three large archways and the central one was only used exclusively for the emperors.

Enjoy the colourful nightlife at Sanlitun Barstreet which covers a wide area of Chaoyang District with a variety of bars and clubs, international brand-name stores, and other entertainment. Visitors can spend the day exploring the stores or experience the nightlife at the bars and clubs. There are over 80 bars within the street with the first bar appearing in 1989, and here guests can drink at the tables on the sidewalk outside bars, watch football games and catch up with friends. There are also live band, magic shows, cocktail shows, dance shows and themed events available for guests to experience at some bars which are open from the afternoon to the early morning of the next day.

Taikoo Li Sanitun is located close to the embassy district and the Sanlitun Bar Street, and is a fashion landmark of Beijing where visitors can learn about fashion trends as you shop and enjoy delicious food. This fashion landmark consists of 19 low-density contemporary buildings which are divided into two sub-districts including the Southern District and the Northern District. The Southern District is where you will find high-street and trend-branded specialty stores, popular among the local residents, along with coffee shops, restaurants, bookstores and entertainment facilities. The Northern District consists of high-end designers’ light luxury brands, across from the boutique hotel, the Opposite House.
