“GOCHEGANAS” – a descriptive Damara name, meaning: “Place of Camel Thorns, abounding with Candle-Pod Acacias” is more than just a place, it is an experience….
Located a mere 29km south east from Windhoek, and situated on a hilltop overlooking a spectacular landscape, this luxurious Lodge offers a unique combination of Wildlife, Nature and Wellness experiences.
GocheGanas offers 16 luxurious chalets, under thatched roof, with uninterrupted views over the Nature Reserve. All rooms are equipped with en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, mini bars, TV and DVD/CD players.
Complimenting and enhancing the Lodge, is the Wellness Village, boasting state of the art wellness facilities, as well as heated indoor pool, cave sauna and fitness and gym facilities. A variety of wellness treatments and massages are offered.
Game abound on the GocheGanas Nature Reserve, with 25 different large game species totaling approximately 1,600 animals roaming across the reserve. Our early morning and late afternoon game drives remain a highlight for many of our visitors.

Naankuse Lodge

The stunning Naansuke Lodge is located on a 3,200 hectare reserve. Its main purpose is conservation, making it the perfect getaway for anyone passionate about wildlife preservation. It offers its guests the chance to take part in feeding tours, nature walks and go behind the scenes of wildlife conservation, all whilst offering top quality service and luxury rooms to stay in. All profits are reinvested into supporting a wide variety of charitable projects at Naansuke, making it the perfect place for those who want to witness vital work that supports the wildlife and its free roaming animals. Otjimbondona Kalahari is situated 120km south east of Windhoek / Namibia and 80km from the Hosea Kutako International Airport on a 4500 hectare Private Nature Reserve on the fringes of the Namibian Kalahari.

Kanaan Naankuse Desert Retreat

Situated on 35,000 hectares of unspoilt nature, guests at Kanaan Naansuke Desert Retreat will be able to bask in the beauty of sand dunes that stretch for miles and admire the breath taking views of mountain vistas. The focus of the desert retreat property is to rehabilitate the land, making it a conservation area to protect the wildlife and natural environment. The property borders the Namib Naukluft Park and with captivating scenery from every angle, it is a nature lover’s paradise and a photographer’s dream. La Rochelle Luxury Lodge

Amidst majestic fig trees, lush gardens and meandering fresh water springs is a fine complement of Luxury and Private accommodation. Omaanda

Omaanda, meaning rhinoceros in Oshiwambo, is a five-star lodge set within the Zannier Reserve by N/a’an ku sê, an incredible private animal conservation reserve of 9,000 hectares in the countryside surrounding Windhoek, only 30 minutes drive from Windhoek Hosea Kutako Airport. Overlooking the boundless savannah, the lodge offers 10 comfortable round thatched huts, paying tribute to the traditional architecture of Ovambo. Camelthorn Lodge

Bomani’s sister camp, Camelthorn Lodge, is located within a private reserve on the edge of Hwange National Park. Camelthorn Lodge backs onto a woodland area, the trees creating a natural shelter. The eight forest villas are designed to maintain a comfortable climate through both the summer and winter months, and their location in a remote section of the Ngamo Plain means that guests can enjoy a private and exclusive safari experience in a tranquil setting. The lodge is built around an ancient Camelthorn tree, incorporating the trunk in its design as a centrepiece. Less than a kilometre away, the local wildlife congregates at one of the waterholes maintained by the lodge. Here, guests can watch the elephants as they play and bathe in the water, hidden in an underground blind which offers incredible photographic opportunities for capturing the perfect candid shot.

Elephant’s Eye

Elephant’s Eye, Hwange, offers an unforgettable experience within the untamed wilderness of Zimbabwe.
