Mwiba Lodge

Rising from the boulders amidst coral trees is an architectural myriad of natural elements and contemporary concepts. Mwiba Lodge is a study of contrasts. The landscape is mercurial giving rise to the feeling that the lodge was born of this land, rather than created. Sit at the edge of the world on the Great Rift Valley Escarpment and gaze across the great plains of Africa until twilight casts shadows and Mwiba Lodge beckons you home. Awaken to breakfasts amidst the trees, walk alongside the Hadzabe and see the land through their eyes, and jump with the Datoga as they embrace the setting sun. This is a land of transformative energy, let it wash over you. Each of the 10 suites found at Mwiba Lodge are complete with private decks overlooking the rocky river below, large soaking tubs, outdoor rain showers, and grand beds made for dreaming.
