Solio Lodge

Solio Lodge is located on a private wildlife sanctuary, tucked in the valley between the lofty slopes of Mount Kenya and the peaks of the Aberdare Mountains, directly north of Nairobi. Karen Blixen Camp is located in the diverse and exclusive Mara North Conservancy. Set on the bank of the Mara River, the camp is surrounded by rolling hills, luscious grasslands and tall trees. 22 luxury tents are all decorated in a traditional traveller style, with romantic outdoor showers. Elewana Loisaba Star Beds

The Loisaba Star Beds are a refreshing take on the safari accommodation experience. With custom made four-poster beds, which are wheeled out onto decks on stilts, these beds command a spectacular view over the plains outstretched below, and down to the waterhole, which is frequented by many of the marvellous game animals that guests will encounter whilst out on game drives. The craggy hillside provides an exciting backdrop from which guests at the Star Beds can enjoy superb views of the Loisaba Conservancy. The Elewana Loisaba Star Beds have 3 en suite double platform rooms, and one en suite family platform room with two double beds. Each have a naturalist design which melds with the surrounding rocky environment. The bathrooms are designed using the existing natural rock features, and are open plan for that ultimate shower-with-a-view.

Alfajiri Beach Villa

The Alfajiri Beach Villa is a traditional African design villa, with high makati thatch roofs and authentic wooden furniture throughout the property. A luxurious and warm atmosphere will welcome guests instantly and make you feel at once at home and relaxed. Located in amongst a luscious forest with tall palm trees, the villa is private, secluded and for guests personal use. A large, glossy swimming pool sits out the front of the villa for guests who want to cool off in the afternoons heat, or with the beach on your doorstep, guests can be out the villa and on the beach in the time it takes to grab a towel. The open plan living area and veranda are the perfect place for families or large groups of friends to gather in the evening, being washed with warm sunset tones, and discuss the wonders of their day.
