Porini Lion Camp

Porini Lion Camp is located in a unique and stunning setting on the banks of the seasonal Ntiakatiak River within the Olare Motorogi Conservancy. This large area borders the Masai Mara National Reserve and is home to an abundance of animals including the Mara’s renowned Big Cats. There is unsurpassed game-viewing within the conservancy due to its unspoiled natural state. The Olare Motorogi Conservancy ensures a true wilderness experience with one of the lowest tourist densities in the Mara region and the highest lion densities. The only safari vehicles allowed are the few 4x4s related to the 5 small camps within this vast area and there is a rich and diverse wildlife population with good numbers of predators and herbivores.
