Damaraland Camp

Situated in the Huab River Valley, Damaraland Camp is in one of the best wilderness areas in Namibia. It offers guests stunning views as far as the eye can see. Mountains, valleys and stark plains are all the most memorable views. The property itself offers guests ten large thatched units, each raised off the ground. Features include a walk-in dressing area, a large deck and an En-suite. The outdoor public area is just as comfortable, offering a swimming pool, dining area and an open campfire that is perfect for the evenings as the night rolls in. The crystal-clear skies makes stargazing an unforgettable experience at the camp. Doro Nawas Camp

Doro Nawas Camp is a joint venture between Wilderness Safaris, the Doro !Nawas community and a Namibian empowerment company; the result is therefore a safari experience that provides economic empowerment for the local community and a once-in-a-lifetime experience for its guests. Doro Nawas rests on the edge of the dry Aba-Huab River overlooking ancient plains with glorious views of the rugged Damaraland area. The camp provides an excellent base for exploring in game drive vehicles and on foot, as well as excursions to view fascinating geological phenomena, petroglyphs (prehistoric rock engravings) and San rock art at Twyfelfontein, Namibia’s first World Heritage Site. The 16 chalets are crafted in wood, canvas and thatch (including a family unit) to blend in with the surrounding scenery. Each unit comprises a bedroom, bathroom, outdoor shower, and veranda for star gazing or sleep outs under the stars.

Skeleton Coast Shipwreck Lodge

Located in the remote wilderness of the famous Skeleton Coast National Park, between the Hoanib and Huarusib rivers, is Shipwreck Lodge. This unique location promises to be the epitome of exclusivity and privacy. Opened in June 2018, the design has been inspired by the multiple shipwrecks which are scattered along the vast expanse of the coastline. Each distinctive cabin is designed to resemble a shipwreck, in keeping with the theme of this property. Serra Cafema

Set amongst shady trees on the banks of the Kunene River, Serra Cafema is one of the most remote camps in southern Africa, its Portuguese name originating from the mountains that dominate the northern skyline. Guests fall asleep to the sound of rushing water, while by day they explore one of the driest deserts in the world.
Activities here are varied, including boating (water levels permitting), walking, viewing breathtaking landscapes, as well as carefully guided quad-bike excursions that tread lightly on the dunes. In this isolated region, the Himba people continue their nomadic, traditional way of life and when in the area, guests have the opportunity to meet them and learn about their lifestyle and traditions.

Hoanib Valley Camp

Hoanib Valley Camp occupies a stunning spot in a remote corner of the wilderness. Virtually untouched, those who visit will experience comfort but also feel immersed within nature. The camp itself has been designed to ensure that the natural wildlife is as protected as possible. With guests staying in tents that have the luxuries of an Ensuite as well as Wi-Fi, the interior décor matches the rustic surroundings. With just six guest tents across the whole property, this camp is the epitome of privacy. It allows guests to immerse within the natural environment, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Guests can take nature tours and game drives to witness wild animals roaming in their natural habitat. Giraffes, zebras, elephants and even lions are free to roam and the valuable work that the camp does keeps them protected. Desert Rhino Camp

Desert Rhino Camp offers an original, exclusive wilderness experience and the possibility of seeing some of the largest free-ranging population of desert-adapted black rhino in Africa. The desert plains – transformed overnight by summer rains – are starkly scenic, and home to other unique species, from Hartmann’s zebra and giraffe, to the bizarre welwitschia plant.
The camp consists of eight comfortable Meru-style tents with en-suite bathrooms, and shady main area with refreshing plunge pool. Run in conjunction with Save the Rhino Trust, Desert Rhino Camp offers rhino tracking by vehicle and on foot with experts from this conservation NGO.

Spitzkoppen Lodge

The same owners and developers of Kalahari Bush Breaks Lodge, have the privilege to share their dream come true of an exclusive destination on the edge of the Namib Desert, which started some 14 years ago. The lodge is situated on the northern periphery of the Spitzkoppe inselberg, between huge granite boulders, which were created more than 150 million years ago, with breath-taking views onto the Brandberg and Erongo Mountains. The stylish, private accommodation consists of 15 spacious, tastefully furnished chalets, each with a private bathroom and outside viewing deck, which connects the guest with the vast stretches of untouched sand and boulders beyond.

Sonop

Sonop is a luxurious tented camp nestled atop the granite boulders at the very South of the Namib desert. This unique safari lodge offers an idyllic retreat in an authentic 1920s-style setting where guests can get into the mindset of classic explorers. Surrounded by the stunning panoramic desert landscape, the 10 tented suites are generously spaced apart from their position on top of the boulders.
